Once an order has been placed, we require a minimum of 48 hours for the order to be processed. Pls allow 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered to you (Nigeria). For all other international orders, we will require 5-7 business days for your package to be delivered. Pls note that PERIDOT is not responsible for any additional delays incurred while your package is being held at customs.
While your order is being processed to be sent out, An email will be sent to you regarding the status of your order. It will include your tracking number if shipped internationally. Information about orders sent out for delivery in Nigeria will be sent to you by one of our customer experience specialists.

Every item from PERIDOT is made with longevity in mind. It is important to us that your pieces last as long as they were designed to. We recommend dry cleaning your items for longetivity
We accept returns for either an exchange or store credit within 5 days of you purchasing/receiving your item.
Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with all PERIDOT garment tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items are considered to be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
